"Went into the store after calling before hand to check if our phone was eligible for the trade in program. (Which we were told was) Upon arrival we were greeted at the door however it was almost as if nobody actually wanted to help us. We were literally the only people in the store. We were treated as an inconvenience. Oh and the phone we were told would qualify for trade in…..yeah nope 0$. The employee told us how much the new payment would be and acted as if they would keep the old phone even though they would give 0$ trade in. Needless to say we walked with our old phone. I have purchased several items in the past from this store and I can assure you I will not be back if this is how they plan to treat their customers. I can get the same or better service online."
