"I have used them before and not had a problem. Been without ac for a week now. Called last Friday at 330 or 345 and everyone had left. They came out Monday and ordered a part that they said would be in in two days. Still waiting. I realize it could be possibly a shipping issue, but communication would be nice. Called yesterday asking about it and said it was not in yet, but someone would call me back. I never received a call back."

"Took them three trips to fix a leaking kitchen faucet. Workers left muddy foot tracks in the laundry room and didn't try to clean up or at least say I am sorry for making that mess. They also replaced my outside faucet, two days later i noticed that there was water coming into my garage and my husband of 74 yrs old crawled under the house where he found that the water was coming out at the area where the faucet was attached to the pipes. This happened on a Saturday, i called them with no answer then the call was supposed to transferred to a person covering calls for that weekend but the person that answered hadn't worked there in months. He said he would contact someone at Holmes plumbing and let them know. Well of course no one called that weekend nor that Monday. I would not have them at my house never again!"
