"Walk in too place a order only to be told l could not place a order because it was after 4:00pm. Was told l could place a order online, only problem was that is l don't order food online but thanks Wing Stop, l ended up cooking my owe boneless wings at home. Never again next time Buffalo Wild Wings from here on out! Definitely lost me as a customer."
"I ordered online for an honors/AP class for a delivery the next day. I had the order on the screen for students to see it. We verified the order as well as all delivery information, including the date and time. After I paid, it switched to being delivered ASAP, which was within 51 minutes. I tried calling the number in the confirmation email to change the delivery date and time as instructed in the email. I’ve been on hold a total of 2 hours - at least! No one picked up! Ever! So I couldn’t make the necessary change to our order, and it got delivered - after school when we were no longer there."
"Doordashed garlic parmesan wings and didnt get any garlic or parmesan, drove up to the restaurant to get try to get it remade but instead was told how that was hot it was made. They offered to remake it but I was told It would have the same outcome, so I asked for a refund and was asked “Why?”, explained i wasn’t satisfied and was told “Well im not giving you one”, almost hopped the counter but had to keep myself control."
"Ordered online and still waited 15 minutes in an empty establishment for my food. Ordered lemon pepper wings. The wings barely had lemon pepper, some taste plain. To top it off, the wings were sitting in oil. The bottom of the container was covered in oil. We will not be coming to this location again."
