"There is definitely a reason why the physicians in this office are accepting new patients. After a month of their services I understand why that is. There is no way to maintain a healthy relationship with anything without communication. After being told by a professional that you can expect a call back the first time and you don't receive one well plans don't always work out that most people agree with so not a huge deal. That becomes an issue when it's a repeated position to find yourself in. Being told on 3 different occasions over 3 weeks that you can expect a phone call that never results in one makes someone lose hope. After 3 disregarded return phone calls and 2 unanswered inquiries over MyChart messages it's time for me to seek reliable treatment from true professionals who actually deserve the title. Disappointing to say the least."
