"I called about renters' insurance and was asked about previous claims. I disclosed the ONE claim I had to my home in another city from an incident that was no fault of my own. I was told my deductible would have to be a minimum of $1,000 as a result of that, but that they'd issue a policy, no problem, and even took my first premium payment over the phone. Soon after, I got a letter that they were declining to insure me because of previous claim activity. Oh, you mean the claim I DISCLOSED TO YOU ON THE PHONE, and you were fine with? I see.... OK. I'm not really sure how having ONE claim over the course of a not-short lifetime, for less than $4K makes one uninsurable, but they should really decide that before taking someone's premium money."

"Before meeting Jason and the team in Vincennes I was someone who would frequently be shopping for a new agency to try to save money- I never particularly cared much about the company because they didn’t stand out in any way; they did what they were supposed to so I paid them. The level of customer service and care this team exhibits is next level. I’ve moved several times- I no longer live in Vincennes- and I’m sure it might be more convenient to have an agent in my town but I just love working with this group so much. They’re so considerate and quick to answer my questions or help with whatever I need. When I need to make changes to my policy they send over documents immediately and make sure to answer any questions I may have about potential changes or steps in the process. I always leave our interactions feeling confident and informed. They send birthday cards too! When I worked at one of the local restaurants Jason would come in once a week and make sure to say hi. I mean just so freaking above and beyond. And it’s not like they’re unaffordable- I mean I initially went with them because they were affordable in the first place, the great consistent experiences all followed. Anyway if you’re looking for an insurance agent and are taking the time to read google reviews, just have a conversation with these folks. You’ll see what I mean."
