"The staff is amazing! The care that the seniors get while here is above and beyond! My mom has been there for quiet a few years now and they show her so much love! I was adopted and recently was reunited with my mom who is at the Lodge. When I showed up they already knew our story and they welcomed my husband and I right in and we were welcome to stay and visit as long as we wanted. They care for each and every one of the seniors living there. We were there just recently during lunch and they made sure everyone got enough food to eat and many options for beverages. The food looked like good home cooked food. I know mom enjoyed every bite and everyone was asked if they wanted more before they left. We noticed mom had had her hair and nails done. Her room was spotless and she was taken very good care of! Thank you to the staff at the lodge for all you do!! It does not go unnoticed!"

"They took care of my grandmother till she passed and we visited on many occasions. The place always smelled pretty clean and looked nice too. Staff was friendly and usually helpful. One time we decided to get family together, set up a party, and go and watch a movie there that we arranged ahead of time. They told us we did not need to bring a movie player with our projector because they already had one there. It did not work. Other than that; great experiences."

"Cockroaches in the kitchen. Cups are always falling on the floor and just put back on the shelf. Food all over the wall in the dish area. Sometimes they don't have enough food for the residence and even if they don't have enough of it for the people that live there. The dietary and some of the nurses will put some back and make the residence go without. One cna came into work drunk it got turned in and she wouldn't take food from me to give to the residence they would have to wait for somebody else to come. Another nurse would always talk about how she wanted to trip them kick them hit them she would call them names and if they asked her for something she would tell them they could wait and she wouldn't go back and help them. Now for the boss if you want to call her that. The boss over dietary was scared of one of her workers so she pretty much told our boss what to do. She would call the boss all kinds of names yell at her she even quit once then came back and said she was just mad main people didn't want her back but dietary boss took her back. Me and the lady that thought she was the boss got into it one day. I had a wrist band on my hand and soon as she saw it she said she wasn't doing the dishes. She only let me get out the words I can't do dishes and she started going off on me calling me names I walked out to calm down. Went back told her I needed gloves to do the dishes. An hour later got a Call my son got hit in the head with a baseball bat my 2yr old btw she tried to tell me I couldn't leave head nurse said I could. She said it will only take u 10 min to make that pasta I said but it could only take 2 for my son to die and walked out. After that the boss make sure we didn't work together bc the other lady didn't like that I stood up to her. DO NOT WORK HERE FOR PUT UR FAMILY HERE..."
