"Dr Herman listens to you an will try to find a solution to Help the best he can. What makes the experience bad is the nurse staff never return your phone calls. So many times I’m told I’ll get a phone call an never do unless I call. If your wanting test results to know about a sickness you might as well call cause they won’t…an if your having questions you might as well make an appointment cause the nurses will say they will give u call back an Never do ever. Literally…just make an appointment or you won’t get help unless it’s directly from Dr Herman."
