"If I could leave negative 5 stars I would. Just look at the other reviews! Absolutely terrible! Worst run coffee shop in Illinois! It took them 20 minutes to make 1 bacon and 1 Avocado toast. I should have just asked for my money back. Who owns this place? Someone who obviously doesn't care at all about customer service or their business. They are untrained and absolutely awful. I would rather eat dirt than come back to that location. The owner should be ashamed."
"I purchased egg bites from this location, only to find HAIR all over them. When I brought them back, the manager immediately/rudely stated that I will not be able to receive a refund. instead I had to receive a replacement of the order, but at that point I did not want them. This location needs to be better"
"The service and the people that work there need to go to school to learn how to make a frozen drink I don't believe I had to have them make it three times for me. And it still wasn't right but I took it because they gave me free munchkins even though I was pissed the munchkins replaced it.... Please train your employees and how to make Coffee iced coffee and anything on the freaking menu, thank you for wasting my money on a product that I really loved thank you.."
"Extremely rude manager. Horrible attitude. If you need some extra time or have any questions while ordering he gets angry at you. Refused refund because his feelings were hurt. Don’t come here unless you want your food and drink to be shoved out the window at you and have the window slammed in your face."
"I did not want to post this yet.. but hopefully, this will be read, and change will be implemented fast. This location needs improvement now. These workers do not even listen to your order...they simply put coffee in a cup and hand it to you without any regard of what you specifically ordered...then when you taste your coffee and request it be fixed...the manager at the window tries to charge you more or tells you that they did it right. This happens daily. There needs to be better training for the staff and the extremely rude male manager with the long her who works the window. I am a daily Dunkin patron, but I will now have to patronize the other locations and give this location time to get their staff and their attitudes together. I hope one day I will be able to post a better review."
