"Been hiking Plum Creek Nature Preserve since the early 80s explored every inch I'm guessing two thousand acres worth of Forest Preserve at this time used to be an old German Village just east of the bridge right across the street from my old house on Old Post Road awesome place to hike explore and kayak never had any encounters with out-of-the-ordinary some of my greatest memories as a child growing up and now can implant that in my kids also hiking these Woods and exploring it still holds a lot of Secretsl to share some of them but maybe you can find out for yourself enjoy, watch out for the oversized large footprints??"

"This was my first “abandoned” exploration and it was really nice! Although there is no parking there is alot of interesting spots to walk around and find. Might go again."
