"Most ghetto fast food joint you’ll find. Music in the kitchen playing like it’s a block party and employees talking and laughing with each other. You better not disturb them trying to order your food. They’ll tell you use the Kiosk and continue their block party. Whatever keeps y’all from working hard. Good for you guys for making it easy on yourselves. Great bosses here! Terrible service though"

"Never abide by their lobby hours. Arrived at 6:55am sign says they open at 7am. Security guard was let in but opened the door by 7 am saying “you could go through the drive thru, we short staffed and the morning person hasn’t arrived on shift”. It’s always an issue in urban communities when it comes to customer service or should I say the LACK of customer service and giving paying customers simple courtesy, especially when at fault. I wanted to stall time before work and enjoy my breakfast INSIDE. This location picks and chooses what time they want to open. Avoid at all costs. I hope they shut down this establishment or replace all the workers with immigrants or ppl who actually value their job and then maybe customer service would improve"

"The service was good and the restaurant was clean. The food tasted as expected. The prices are outrageous! 2 big macs (sandwich only) + 1 burger meal was $24. Two Apple pies are nearly $5. There’s no way I’m paying this for McDonald’s. I’d much rather tacos or a gyro. Save your money folks."

"I just did an order on the McDonalds app while waiting for the bus. It allowed me to choose counter service for this location. I went over to open the door to the lobby and it was locked of course it has to do with the area. I went around to the drive through window on foot to get my order however I was turned away by rude staff members stating that I must have a vehicle to even have a verbal exchange. They obviously aren’t equipped to assist clientele. I was unsuccessful with getting my order and am dissatisfied with the night crew workers on site. I have had similar issues with this in the past and am cutting my losses with this location I would recommend to stay away any time frames that isn’t afternoon."

"Horrific experience. Double drive thru filled all the way around the building. I went inside two people in there I tried to use the computers couldn't I stood by register for over 20 minutes before one of the ladies came up to ring us out there was six of us up there waiting to be run out when I asked her for help she told us to use the computer ourselves in order our food. I told her I couldn't figure it out and the other people behind me also were in there sixties and they couldn't figure it out or didn't want to use it finally after me asking her for help Serena's out she said you're going to have to wait I've got to take care of this over here there's only us here right now there was five people for the drive-thru but she was covering the front register she said I finally said something you were again and she came up and ring me out walk away customer behind me didn't say nothing to either we had to say something to her again and she did not come up there for another 5 minutes to ring out the next person behind me kept on doing that to everybody I told her I was going to call corporate she said okay we do not have enough bodies I understand McDonald's Corporation makes it sure that the drive-thru is under so much time per customer you guys time them they don't get that customer out a certain point of time they get in trouble and that's what their concerned about and this is not a one-time problem for my understanding I know a few people that work with food delivery service companies when they go to pick up the food for the customer there's no body up there and they will sit there sometimes for 5 minutes before somebody will even announce them. Either they're not doing their job correct or McDonald's you guys need to get them more bodies or you're going to start losing a lot more of the customers bodies coming in there. You need to spend money. Also I ordered my food with a large fry I got it and when I checked it at home no lie it was less than halfway full so much that I was able to stick a sandwich Inside the Box of fries and it's still been fill the Box. I will attach some photos. Very disappointed. It cost me more money to go to McDonald's these days and I could have went and bought a prime rib from the store it cost over $10 a person minimum. My buddy and I are going to start a YouTube channel regarding restaurant food prices starting off with McDonald's be in the base price. Just so we can compare Red Lobster Olive Garden ECT"
