"Hands-down the most unprofessional and ratchet establishment I have ever been to. The lady was so rude I was scared to return to pick up my pants. The first day i went to get the zipper on my pants repaired. The lady was so rude that she never even greeted me. She took my pants rolled her eyes and said the soonest she could give it to me was in a week. While i am still pleasant, I said “that’s no problem” . She told me the total and when I reached to grab the receipt paper she sat it on the counter, and walked away. When you go inside its so dirty and hot you can tell the establishment is holding on by a thread. When i returned to pick up my pants the alarm sounded when i walked in and no one was at the counter so i rang the bell and yelled hello several times as i waited for 17 minutes for someone to finally come service me. To my dismay it was the same rude lady, she strolled up to the counter. Glad i didn't have to go to work after bc that was a 25 minute process when i was the only customer."
