"This place A scam, they use random private contractors… called them because my second door would not lock…They send out A guy who had no idea how to fix or replace lock after 45 min of attempting to diagnose it said he couldn’t fix it & would have another tech come out the next day… demanded his 30$ fee for coming out & I gave him a tip at the time before finding out it’s a shady company…called them later the next day now they can’t find the contractor info or mines well who did y’all sent to my house…After calling multiple times they found my info but never called back & think imma pay someone else to look but not solve any problems…"

"Worst service ever. I contacted the company to inquire about the price to change a lock on my garage. When the representative answered the phone she took my number and address and said she will have a locksmith contact me. When I received the call the guy said he was actually in front of my residence. I wasn’t expecting it to be a in-person quote so I went outside to show the guy the door. He quoted me an outrages price and I told him I wasnt interested. Then he went on to tell me that I have to pay him 75 dollars just for coming out. I needed the dead bolt changed as I was in a hurry and had to go to work. I figured if he demanded 75 just for coming out he might as well do the job. Once he was finished with the one lock he said it was 180. When I attempted to pay he continued to add on fees that brought the total up to 230. Outrageous, for one dead bolt. He said he will send me his information because the lock was warranted but never received anything from him. He went on to say if I would of contacted him directly it would of been cheaper but I contacted the company and they get a portion of his earnings. A couple days later I noticed the door doesn’t completely lock. Complete scam."
