"I called Reed and Peterson for maintenance and within an hour the technician was at my house. both Annette, the young lady who I spoke with over the phone and who set the appointment along with Kyle the young man who came to my home to perform the service were absolutely phenomenal. I was quoted for a full ride out to the main store and turns out I didn’t need that, only a particular drain in my furnace room needed to be rotted out and that saved me $120. Kyle was very transparent honest and professional. He did a great job. He was done within 30 minutes no more than 45 minutes and I am very pleased as always when I call this company. "Second time using Reid & Pederson and absolutely top of the line service and care. Needed main sewer drain rodded out and Kyle ran lines to the street and also into house to make sure job was done right. I had jury rigged a cap for the drain pipe because neighborhood kids had broken the original cover and Kyle said he had one to fit. Now it’s covered right. Great and friendly service.
