"I waited 30 minutes for a mobile order. I forgot to double check my bag, so I'm to blame as well, but I received the wrong order. I wouldn't have mind eating it but it was filled with Ketchup & had pickles, those are the two things I do not eat at all. It was only a $5 meal, wasn't worth going back."
"Great experience at McDonald's staff was friendly, excited to be working and giving great service. I was on my way to funeral home to make arrangements for my mothers funeral and was starving and needed a pick me up to get through next couple hours and I left McDonald's with a free ice cream cone and a smile on my face. "How this location is managed is unacceptable. Employees are rude and not friendly, service is slow, food is always WARM, and barely ever prepared as ordered. Stop serving warm or old food. On multiple occasions I've ordered the filet-O-Fish cooked well or other items cooked fresh and you can clearly tell your order contains reheated or old food that should have been thrown out. You can check your order at the drive thru window and see or feel that it's old or warm and the employee will give you attitude when you nicely bring it to there attention?? If they did a forcast on when it's busy or slow, then maybe they wouldn't have to push old food out to the customers. Also, the parking lot and perimeter is dirty, and the lobby always appear unkept and unsanitary. The rest room is 100% FILTHY and NASTY. Bacteria infested. Clearly looks like BLEACH is NEVER used and its barely ever disinfected. Does management check the restroom? It starts with management. The owners or corporate should do unannounced visits."
"Wasn't able to use the rest room even after purchasing food and when I asked the manager why wasn't I allowed. He told me there was some issues with the pipe line, which was completely bullshyt. It was admitted by one of the employee, the main reason it was locked it's because they don't wanna clean up after the public and maintain it."
"The middle of the afternoon and I’m a paying customer and CANT USE THE RESTROOM??? As much money as I spend at McDonald’s this is totally unacceptable security and the employees said THE MANAGER SAYS NO ONE CAN USE THE BATHROOM"
