"I went into the restaurant to grab a quick sandwich.. no one acknowledged me being there!! I figured I would try to use the kiosk so I wouldn’t have to keep waiting. I put in my order, I used my card to pay for the order and as soon as the transaction said approved, the kiosk blacked out and read that it’s closed!! All of a sudden someone asked was I ready to take my order and I explained to her what just took place. She went to check for my order and actually said she saw it. The manager who was bagging orders blurted out that she doesn’t see my order!! They told me they couldn’t do anything and I had to basically figure it out!! It was really upsetting to see the manager not want to help the situation or at least try to help me as a customer!!! I WON’T BE BACK TO THAT LOCATION EVER!!!!! The situation could have been handled wayy better!!!"
"At 2:14 p.m. today I placed an order on the mobile app for curbside pickup. After 30 minutes I went inside and there was a huge line. They never delivered my order to the car and there was not even an apology that I had been waiting 30 minutes in my car and my order was just sitting there getting cold. Horrible service."
"At any given time this McDonalds is closed, whenever they don’t feel like working. Any time you happen to catch them open, they ran out of fries or it ain’t no drinks for the day.. Like tf is this McDonald’s even open for? The workers are all mad they work there, that’s not my problem. Terrible, do not recommend."
