Church's Texas Chicken

"I really wish I didn't have to give this place one star just write this. I stood in line for close to 15 minutes before I was even greeted by the cashier. My order was not just incomplete, they had just pulled fresh chicken from the grease and still proceeded to give me old cold chicken. For over thirty dollars for two orders of chicken my experience should have been exceptional. Customer service and being helpful or at the least courtesy is below the bare minimum. Save your money and go across the street by the gas station to the other chicken spot. This place is garbage"

"My food was fresh and hot. I went through the drive thru and the cashier was pleasant and made sure my order was correct. Pulling up I was asked again about my order and would I like any condiments. Wait time was less than 10mins"

"Very disappointed at this establishment. The sign on the door says "Come on In" but the door is locked and the employee inside indicated that the dining room is permanently closed. How disappointing and such poor customer service. I decided to go across the street to JJ Fish & Chicken who served me some delicious fried chicken in their dining room."

"The cashier DANIJIA W. Is extremely unprofessional and a disgusting human being. She had an attitude while I ordered, which I ignored. I get long days. She proceeded to call me "SLOW" for asking her how long the gravy machine takes to warm up. She never told me it wasn't warm yet when I ordered. I asked her if I could replace it with other sauces and she began screaming, calling me names and telling her manager to come get me because "I'm acting slow." Slow shouldn't ever be a word you use to talk down on a person and I know many people that would take offense to that. She should not be working in customer service and I will be calling corporate until she's fired. I asked for her name and they wouldn't give it to me, but it's clear as day on the receipt I plan to keep for evidence. She shouldn't work ANYWHERE if a random Tuesday evening gets her so worked up. I was nice and calm and there was NO reason for her clownish behavior. Please have her wear a clown nose at the window from now on."

"Stopped by at 7:30p, at first I couldn’t tell if it was open or not because the drive thru was very dark, maybe if the menu was lit up that would help or even a couple lights out there but I seen another car in line so that helped. It was a few cars in front considering it was only 2 young ladies working they were working that line. I got a 3 piece spicy & 2 extra biscuits everything tasted great considering it was at night too. The young lady working the window was pleaseant, no attitudes & efficient yet I didn’t feel rushed while ordering like some places."
