"The manager is racist and mean. They undercooked my two burgers. I asked her if I showed my receipt and brought the food back would she remake it. She refused that’s really wasn’t the issue it’s how nasty she was. Black people stop supporting businesses that are rude and show their racist colors. Her customer service was zero, she didn’t even have a reason or recite a policy of why she wouldn’t just recook my food. Terrible business, again people do not patronize this business. The manager was fat and mean. She said I’m not doing it. Like you are a very poor reflection of this business. Plus the food isn’t at all. The pizza and burgers are horrendous."

"This establishment is the most disappointing place I've ever visited. The individual at the front counter had an unacceptably bad attitude when I requested a receipt and found that not all of my food was included in the order. In my previous experience working as a line cook, thorough checking was essential, yet this individual failed to do so. As the first point of contact for customers, his behavior reflects poorly on the reputation of this establishment. I have no intention of ordering from here again if it means having to endure such poor treatment from a staff member. Feel free to place an order here if you enjoy wasting your time."

"this places is disgusting!! Lady on the phone is very rude and disrespectful. There was this one time when they gave ME the wrong food and I obviously called back because im not going to eat food I didn’t order. The lazy got mad and started telling me she can’t do anything about it. What do you mean you can’t do any about it?!?! You’re mad because you made a mistake and I went back to return it and get my money back?? Today 10/12/2023 @3:40 pm I called to make a delivery order and once I gave her my address she clearly said “we don’t make orders for that address.” I don’t understand why they can’t make orders for me. That’s what they’re for, they get paid to make food and deliver it, that was really disrespectful and rude of her. I can tell they don’t care about their customers. Managed really bad. The lady has her hair dyed blond, big, wears glasses and has a lot of jewelry."

"This was honestly one of the most plain pizzas I've ever had. In my opinion it didn't taste like anything. Not good, not bad but it was weird. People that ordered seemed to love this pizza though. Overall it's good for the price, it's a HUGE slice at a cheap price. I think 2 slices and 2 sodas came out to $9."

"Since I can’t order pizza from a local place here in Blue Island,I order pizza from here because not only do they deliver,but they have some pretty good coupon specials. Another reason why it’s a family favorite is because of their hot wings. My son and I absolutely love the sauce that they use. I recommend this place if you’re on a budget and want some comfort food."
