"If I could give them 0 stars I would the management sucks they clearly don’t want to be at work. It takes an half an hour to just place an order , they don’t even acknowledge you and then get a stank attitude when you try to ask them any questions."

"Thank you, Ms. Shannon the manager. You went above and beyond for me on today. I was missing two pieces of chicken and my fries from one of my order from last night. You ask can I please come to pick it up. I was not able to come back until today. Not only you replaced what I was missing. You also gave me another meal. Lord, knows you didn't have to do that. I appreciate you Ms. Shannon. God bless you:)"

"This has to be the slowest popeyes I have ever been to in my life I waited over 30 minutes for a order I placed over an hour before going in to wait an additional 30 minutes. Honestly they need to be shut down forget the revenue they bring they don't need to be in business if you can't run a fast food establishment efficiently then you shouldn't be there"

"They're bogus and work extremely slow rude to the customers had a bad experience 3 times on one day as a food delivery worker visiting this location, will cancel the order everytime its this ratchet Popeye's. Expect long wait time and having your order not called out when its actually ready. They got loud music on in the kitchen and can't hear the customers."

"I love Popeyes chicken! I have never had a bad piece of chicken from any of their restaurants, always consistent. Now, with that being said... This is the saddest Popeyes restaurant that I have every been to!!! 1) the drive thru menu board/ speaker doesn't work. 2) they can only take cash. 3) "We don't have ANY napkins!!! I asked for extra napkins, they didn't have any? 4) there was actually a pretty lengthy list of "we don't haves" that the lady behind the plexiglass was very forthcoming about. The owner & management should be absolutely ashamed to 'serve' their customers in this manner. You could buy napkins at Walgreens, Walmart, Dollar Tree (or, $1.25 Tree). No hot sauce, no honey, no jelly... The drive thru service was so slow, I got out of the line and went inside, got my food & was back in my truck before the car that was in front of me made it to the window to order ( remember, the menu board/speaker doesn't work) It's a shame that this is the type of business that is done in the black communities. The attitude is, "Just give them anything." What's really sad though is, it says more about the character of the owners/ management that they are willing to put this kind of service out. A business owner of any kind should be absolutely embarrassed to have their establishment represented in this fashion. I hope that someone from corporate operations reaches out & that there is some type of coaching provided. If you check out my picture of the box with the receipt on top, you see that it reads; "How was it? Tell us at..." There is no email, website, survey link, phone number. Accidental? Probably not. Upside, delicious chicken! Downside, customers like me won't return to a fried chicken restaurant where I cannot even wipe my hands when I'm done eating."
