"The ladies who work here are friendly and competent, but they have no control over slacks that come back with a crease even with the “no crease” note still attached. They also have no control over dry cleaning that comes back on Thursday when it should have come back on Tuesday. Time to find a new dry cleaners!"

"We had a very bad experience with this dry cleaner. Our item ended up costing SEVEN TIMES what was quoted to us. The manager was rude to me and my husband. And the item took several days longer than we were told it would take to be cleaned. When we called to inquire about the status of our item we were told they didn't have it in the store, it had been shipped off to Jacksonville. I had to call several times a day to inquire about when we could pick up. No one in the store called me to provide an update - although they told me multiple times that they would. When we asked to speak with an owner we were told that he owned 19 stores and we were given a corporate number. We called the corporate number but were not able to get in touch with anyone. Would not recommend this place of business for any of your dry cleaning needs."
"Dropped off a leather suade jacket was given a price paid half up front went to go pick it up and I was told I owed twice as much as was written on my receipt plus it also took twice as long as they said."
