"Comforter Looks AWFUL & is Now Stained! This was supposed to be dry cleaned, but instead it was washed with water, smells strongly of detergent and was WET when I took it out of the bag. Think it was washed with something red because it's got pink stains. It had zero stains when I took it there for what was supposed to be a "refreshening" dry cleaning. So disappointed."

"This dry cleaner is awful. I should have picked up on the 20% discount if you pay in advance! They wrecked my silk vintage coat- ripped, shredded and the guy was not even phased when I picked it up. His comment was the presser must have shredded the silk. i actually think he was surprised I walked out without paying. He did not offer an explanation or apologize. Pretty skanky- very dirty inside."

"I read the comment about the Rude! Unapologetic! customer service person just now when I started my post. Unfortunately, I Dropped off clothing several weeks ago for repair and I am still waiting for the repairs to be done. If i could give less than one star I would. After several weeks either this cleaners of going back and forth, I’m going to attempt to pick up my shorts. The last two times, I experienced the counter person rolling her eyes at me telling me that they aren’t “back” yet although they were promised previously and paid for. Back? Back from where? Back from space????? we paid $9.50 for a repair where the material had frayed the size of two garden peas. Truly this is ridiculous."
