"I don’t like to leave negative reviews or written reviews, but I feel like I would be doing a disservice to other service members if I wasn’t honest. I first want to acknowledge the customer service. The lady was the sweetest ever but…. DO NOT BRING YOUR UNIFORMS FOR ALTERATIONS HERE. To change the rank on my ASU jacket (it’s worth mentioning I brought in my own rank insignia) and dry clean the short sleeve button up and pants I was quoted $100. This is extremely overpriced and a complete ripoff. I can’t change what someone thinks their business is worth, I can only go somewhere else within my budget. Please do research before you hand your uniforms to just anybody. There are a lot of businesses that will over price these things so just be careful and again, do your research. *EDIT** I went to Sun Express after leaving Shin’s and was quoted $29 for the same exact thing. Don’t get scammed y’all!"
"Tried charging me 225$ for 3 patches and a button on my AGSUs. Then charged me 15$ fee for asking for a return 30 minutes later"

"HORRIBLE! DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT RIPPED OFF! My husband went in and said he wanted some patches sewed on and that was it. She gave us a paper that looked like it said 14 dollars. We went back the next day to find out it didn’t say 14 dollars but 145 dollars! They went and dry cleaned his uniform after he specifically said he ONLY wanted patches sewed on. I called up there to see why they went and did that and all they had to say was “well he brought his uniform so I went ahead and dry cleaned it.” I was arguing with her yes, because if we had known that it was going to be 145 DOLLARS we would have went on post. They loveee ripping off military personnel, they should be shut down."
"Very poor quality. Collars are horrible. 10 pieces will need to re-done. Pics taken right after pickup and hung in closet. Very disappointed. Pics are better than words. Collars not even creased in the correct spot. I do not recommend this place if you are concerned with quality. It's a shame to charge money for such poor quality. At least this was my experience. Also note in pics everything covered in small white fuzz. And every one of those shirts were brand new. One of the collars ruined, you can see the discoloration in the white lines."
