"This is the WORST experience I have had with a dry cleaner. The supposed 'manager' is extremely rude. The service is terrible. My friend and I had the same item to be dry cleaned and they charged us different prices. They also lost my stuff and initially refused to compensate me. They asked me to wait and wait until one day when they'll find the item. After several phone calls initiated by me (because they refused to take ownership of their mistakes), they finally agreed to compensate me for the item. However, it has been OVER THREE weeks and I have yet to hear anything about this supposed check. The owner had initially said that once I gave them an invoice, that he would have a compensation check available for me almost immediately. 3+ weeks is NOT immediate by any definition. I believe insurance compensation is much quicker than this place. STAY away if you want your items charged FAIRLY and if you DON'T want them to LOSE your things. STAY away if you don't like receiving rude service. Get your cloths dry-cleaned here if you like lack of ownership should they do something wrong. I never expected perfection, but every step in this process of getting my stuff cleaned/pressed from this place has been worst than getting my wisdom teeth pulled."
