"BUYER BEWARE!!! I recently went into Penny Profit to have 7 items dry cleaned (one of which was redo from a bad job they had done previously). Part of this drop-off was a $1470 Gucci shirt that I had just purchased two weeks earlier. The care label on the shirt has specific instructions as to the products, temperature, and step by step for care. I picked the shirt up later that day and it was half of the size it was before. I reached out to Gucci and was informed that they test each garment to ensure the correct care label is attached. I went into Penny Profit to speak to the owner and there was zero remorse. He insist they used the correct cleaning process. I asked if the camera's would tell the same story and he advised they were all out of service. Unfortunately, it appears this will have to end up in small claims court. Take your business elsewhere."
"I’ve done business with this cleaner for 10 years. Until today I picked up my 6 garments and was added $1.00 per garment because I didn’t pay when I dropped off yesterday. And was told it’s always been our policy. No it hasn’t!! I was voicing my displeasure with paying $6.00 the manager never looked up from his phone ! Never again will I spend money there !!!"
