"The employees at office are nasty, rude, couldn't care less what disability you have. It plainly states on their website Effingham county is serviced, yet my daughter Phallen Williams a disabled young lady in a wheelchair is repeatedly denied a ride by these Nasty rude employees who answere the phone repeatedly tell Phallen that they don't service Effingham county when it plainly states on their web site it is one of the 10 counties served. Higher ups do nothing, dont return your calls when they tell you they will check on the nasty, lying,employe s. Someone with brains, compassion, and professionaliasm needs to fire a bunch and hire some new want to help get the job done right, polite, professional people. This has gone on for to long. Employes just there to make a paycheck."
"Reps are very rude and unprofessional. To be providing a service for elderly and mental health individuals you would think that they would be more compassionate and understanding. I had to explain to the young lady one the phone that I’m not the mental health patient and even if so there was no reason to talk to anyone that way. I even called to file a complaint and no one ever got back to me. It’s definitely a horrible service and it saddens me that people lack common sense and decency, but that’s the world we live in today:("

The busses are raggedy but they still will make the drivers drive them"
