"Most unwilling person, will tell you it's on the website and go find it when they in fact told you the wrong form name. Helping people is the last thing they want to do. When I asked for them to look it up, so I could see how to find it she responds with "I don't need to check I know it's there" that's not what I asked, I asked for help."

"Laziest bunch of public service workers I’ve ever experienced . Even the customer service manager had an attitude when I asked about forms needed to do things within the courts . Told me they don’t tell people the form names of what’s needed not gave info on the procedures of the court process. They said that I’ll have to google it. Well.. Googled it and can’t find anything in specific. These people are trash. Thanks for nothing USG"
