So I say with confidence, No I just got my new tag this year, and 2nd time I took a look, and sure enough, just the old sticker was there. But I promptly went down Mon and paid $8 for a replacement sticker, and It was quick and easy, no hassle at all. I waited about 5 mins until my number was called. It was a good visit."
