"I'd like to acknowledge the great service afforded my wife and I in purchasing a nice 12x24 building. The layout of doors and windows caught my eye from the road. The Repo sign didn't stop me from looking but it wasn't like most. It was in great shape. The price was right as well. Jay was in the yard waiting to help a later appointment but gladly showed us this unit. I didn't want to take someone else's time but Jay offered to meet us the next day.
