Tributary Regional Park

"Actual address is 75433 Edwards. The other address will still get you there. Nice (pretty) new park. Not heavily utilized (yet). Still under construction, I'm guessing they'll be adding parking in the back by the softball fields, concession stand and tot area. The front fields near the main entrance and parking have goals for soccer and lacrosse. There's plenty of lighting but I've no idea of it's on in the evening. There aren't hiking trails if that's what you're looking for. There was (probably still is) a baby gator (Florida+puddle=gator)"

"We enjoy this park. Clean, bottle refill station and lots of room to run and play."

"Park was a little on smaller side as far as equipment goes. However it is in great shape and the park does offer a lot of wide open spaces for enjoyment as well."

"There is nothing for older children to do. We were really hoping for basketball goals or something. The equipment is nice so far but was already being abused in just the 1st few days. The walking path is very nice and great just for a stroll with the dogs."

Pros: Amazing bathrooms Water fountains with a bottle fountain Shaded parts on the playground Fences in play area Toddler and big kid section Cons: Parking to park is a bit of a walk so I would suggest bringing a stroller or wagon for little one's 3 and under No shade for parents in park to sit Overall very nice park I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because of the cons and it isnt that huge of a play area"
