"I would like to give this place a five star because I majorly had a great experience! The reason for the lower rating is because they like to nickel and dime after the fact and charge me an extra $50 fee based on something out of my control. when I came back to return the RV they had a sign up saying they would be back in a couple hours even though it was during the hours they have posted as “open” online. That made it hard to ensure that the return of everything was handled properly so I just had to leave my keys in the mailbox which is not the preferred method. When I reached out and tried to get a resolution they were not willing to hear me out."
