"Don’t expect to be there, ever, less than 2 hours. & if you have anything else planned, good luck. They don’t care about your time or anything that you have to do. You’ll waste 2 hours of your day & have to reschedule and go through the entire process all over again, for no reason at all, in less than 48 hours. Oh, with a 2.5 year old, a 1 year old, & myself. As the lady that works there today said “I’m glad when y’all bring help” LOL I won’t have help next time since I had to wait 2+ hours today and had to reschedule the ENTIRE thing for less than 48 hours from now since I had somewhere to be and had to leave today. I’m thankful for WIC but their staffing is a joke."
"Very slow! They have no consideration or respect for your time. It's very frustrating to have an appointment and still have to wait 2 hours. Florida's department of health should consider new staff that are motivated."
