"Nice small lake. Shore fishing with small boat launch. Trout stocked. They have added some bike trails. From here we went to Piney Point.. Beautiful in the fall. Summer hike was pleasant trails are being cut back .. i started early so less people and wildlife seemed active . Deers a squirrels..."

"Highly recommend for beginner anglers, lots of open space as well as closed off spots. This is where I learned how to set and tie a rig for trout fishing. There were a lot of people around the edges of the lake, we were there to trout fish during sunset on Sunday. I really didn't have any privacy. But that's probably for the better,"

"A pretty lake with a nice public parking lot and walking trails. The real exciting thing is the new addition of mountain bike trails around the lake and across the road over towards sunset lake. Really great trails with some elevation gain for what seems like a relatively flat area."
