"Placed my order on the mobile app and paid thru it. Got to McDonald's and they didn't have my order. I was told that because they didn't have bottled water that I ordered so the order didn't show up. There's some type of updating that needs to be done. The order was paid for, my order still could have been made and when I get there they can say they don't have it. Instead no order went thru at all. Little frustrating when you have to be somewhere at a certain time."

"Fries were great but burger was smashed and cold and we asked for no onions I think there were extra onions. Customer service was good at one window and say what at the next. Girl that took order and payment was wonderful the guy at the second widow was confused at best. He wanted to give us someone else's drinks and was dumbfounded when we didn't take it. Maybe that's most but not us. We won't be back anytime soon."

"We go here only because it is local. The food is usually good, compared to any other McDonald’s. However, the service here is not even adequate. Employees do not greet or smile and actually appear to be angry at customers. Like really? We are paying customers. At least say hi or thank you or have a nice day. Every once in a while I will get someone who provides top customer service and it is so refreshing. But it is rare. They need to hire a customer service coach to help these employees. Just for the record, I worked at a McDonald’s in the 1980’s. So I understand. I also recently moved back to the area after living in Texas who is known for their customer service and hospitality. Which many of them talked about how rude people from NJ are. I tried defending my state but I see it now more than ever. It is so easy to be kind. Especially when people have choices and are actually paying for their food."
