"I had a grand mall seizure this past Saturday I believe it was 4/27/24. I had it in the evening so I figured I would call the doctors office Monday because I didn't want to go to the emergency room. So I called in Monday to schedule an appointment and Dr. Melzer refused to see me because they were too busy even though I had a grandma seizure. They told me to go to urgent care or the ER which I did and that they would order all the bloodwork or whatever I needed. They ordered the bloodwork, but they did not order a glucose meter glucose tabs or glucose strips being that I had a seizure due to low blood sugar. When I talked to Dr. Melzer on Monday, he told me because I missed past appointments that he would not send in the prescription. The reason I missed those appointments is due to traumatic brain injuries and I do not have a good memory. He was completely rude, completely irresponsible and vindictive. I wouldn't question one thing that that woman said. I wouldn't put anything past this man. I mean, I'm retired disabled vet and that's how he treated me. It would not surprise me. In fact he did, but that's not my business my businesses. He was very rude and he put my life in danger by not prescribing those life-saving tools./prescriptions. I tried rating zero stars because that's what he deserves quite frankly. It's a shame they don't let you."
