"I’m reluctant to write this review because I love Dr. O, and have been with this practice since 2002, and have delivered 4 of my children with them. I drive from Philadelphia to see Dr. O. I had a procedure scheduled yesterday, and I moved mountains to make it happen. I spent the entire day driving around handling life to ensure that I could have the procedure; the act of appearing at that office 5 minutes early cost me probably as much as the procedure would have. I fasted for the day. Like, MAJOR preparations were taken. I arrived for my procedure, paid the balance, and started to wait my turn when I was called back to talk to Dr. O where I was told that he was behind for the day and that I would have to reschedule. The nurse manager was especially wretched during this entire experience, talking over the doctor and speaking to me as though I were a child. Literally, she was the absolute worst. I’m not sure why, but they did another exam, and said they’d reschedule for whenever I wanted (which meant a Tuesday or Thursday afternoon, which was no different from the typical availability). I ultimately asked for a refund of my $2500, which took an additional 20 minutes to process, and left, except I couldn’t actually LEAVE since I had to be dropped off for the procedure, and it took them an hour to get me out after canceling me, so I stood outside in the cold as I waited for someone to come pick me up. Zero steps were taken to be accommodating or to retain me as a patient. Not one accommodation. Not a single person seemed to care about the level of hardship endured (or the number of people involved in assisting me for the day); as I mentioned, I can’t even quantify the amount of time and money to make yesterday happen. I’m gutted because yes, I wanted to have the procedure done, but even more so that a practice that has been a part of my life for so long had absolutely zero concern for a patient that has made their practice such a huge part of their life and care."

"This practice needs help.they don’t answer the phone. If you have an appointment at any time even if you’re the first patient you still wait 30 mins before being called back. Asked for my urine to be checked on 1-3-24 still waiting on results.Prescribe medication like gabapentin to someone that has a dvt blood clot history, that was caused by them, doctor O didn’t know what to do so he prescribed an ssri instead, again whiteout going over my medical chart. All because I have pain, and feel sick still from my last c section which was 4 years ago. I. Seriously do not recommend them at all. You are better off going to a clinic"

"I scheduled an appointment based on reviews I read here on Google. On my first visit, my husband and I waited in the waiting room for a half hour before being taken back. However, the nurse we saw and the nurse practitioner Gina Proctor were absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately, the positive review stops there. I had blood taken on that visit and was told my results would be available on Monday. I called on Monday, but there was no answer. I called on Tuesday and received the same. On Wednesday, I went in for an ultrasound and found out they had closed the Delran location I was at without any notice. I waited 45 minutes for an ultrasound and was told my blood work was not ready. After scheduling a follow up, I noticed it was with a doctor that was not Gina. The receptionist told me Gina was no longer with the practice, feeling uncomfortable with just being scheduled with somebody without being asked. I was given a run around for the next 2 weeks on my blood results. When I would call, I would be given a different day or told that someone would call me and they never did. This happened about 5 times. When I called the 6th time, I was told they'd be emailed to me and they never were. I signed up for my own account for the Labcorp and found out my results had been posted almost a week after I gave blood and nobody at Alliance was calling me. I stayed to complete my follow up about the ultrasound to see if my new doctor would make this whole process better. I waited almost 45 minutes AGAIN in the waiting room just for a 5 minute visit where I felt like I wasn't heard and the plan that Gina had set up for me had been tossed aside. This is a very important time in our lives and I felt like this office didn't care. I have since found a new doctor and will never go back to Alliance."

"Dr. O. and his entire team were and continue to be extremely responsive to my medical needs. Dr. O. is very patient and kind when explaining things. He is never rushed and makes sure that I understand everything before leaving the office. I am thankful to be a patient of Dr. O. and have recommended my colleagues to him."
