"They do decent enough work. Get ready to break out your check book though. The bill we were given was borderline robbery. Plus on top of that they left their trash everywhere. The installer was very professional and did good work like I said, but you might want to shop around before using these guys."

Isaiah was especially thoughtful in cleaning or thinking ahead to gather upcoming parts and tools when he wasn’t directly assisting Kenneth. "Hired to replace a water heater and they completely ruined brand new floors with MULTIPLE DEEP SCRATCHES. When I complained, they said the scratches should just wipe away. Several attempts were made to repair, but the scratches are too severe to fix. I am very disappointed in this companies response to their mistake."
"I can't recommend J. Roarke enough! I had a terrible leak in my shower system and within a few days of the initial phone call, the leak was fixed and my shower system was upgraded as well. Pricing was very reasonable and I have to give a big shout-out to Carey and TJ who worked quickly, cleaned up after themselves, and were very professional! 5 stars to the company and 5 stars to the guys that came out."

I have had 4 different plumbers to my house and none had the will or knowledge or fortitude to help me with a complex plumbing problem until Roarke arrived. They spent hours researching and coming up with a plan and unlike the others, returned my calls and showed up to work on it. They are skilled, courteous, and thorough.
