"THIS PLACE IS SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL, DO MOT COMMUNICATE WELL ! MY DAUGHTER BEEN WITHOUT HER GLASSES FOR ALMOST 2-3 months and they continue to tell me they are on back order when I asked for a different option and different solution so she can be able to focus on school the way she need to get through the day they told me they can’t do anything for me and then put the phone down while I was still talking and continue playing on their phone I know it was their phone because I heard the video noises. I’m so sadden by this experience and I pray and wish no one else child has to experiences months without their glasses while in school. My daughter struggles everyday because she can not see .
