"Been to this location multiple times and they always accept my insurance. Except today when I ubered to a prescheduled appointment to find out they won't accept my insurance TODAY.....i can come back in 2 days and they will though. The Dr on duty doesn't cover state insurance. So they can text me for everything else but not to tell me the insurance I always use there is only covered on certain days. Still had to uber home so I couldn't even afford to uber to a different urgent care to be seen."

"After waiting for an hour after they had already taken me back into the doctor's room, the doctor was very dismissive of my feelings and symptoms. I had all the symptoms of food poisoning and told her. She tried to tell me my symptoms were from stress which doesn't make sense to me I've never experienced constant diarrhea, nausea, disorientation, chills, hot flashes, and vomiting from stress, obviously I was sick with something and the doctor did not have compassion. Originally she was just going to let me leave with nothing but "drink water and rest". I was crying in the office because I just wanted to be prescribed something to alleviate my symptoms. It felt like she wasn't listening to me. Spoke to me like a child. I felt like I had to cry and beg to get prescribed anything. I left crying and angry. No doctor's office should make you feel this way."

"I’ve been to a few urgent cares, since I find them more convenient than a general practitioner, but this facility is my go-to! First off the staff are incredible. They’re sweet, professional, and if they really don’t care about their patients..they do an amazing job of hiding it. I felt well taken care of and have been coming here for about a year or so. I will continue to choose Riverside for any help. I had one experience that wasn’t great but to be fair I haven’t seen that employee there since. It was the first time I went there and I’m glad I gave them another try because since then I’ve had 10/10 experiences."
