"I will be looking for a new insurance company. From day one my experience with Allstate has been horrible. I already put a complaint to Allstate about what I have been going through. The employee Nikki, who answers the phone, sent me a strangers insurance card the first time I called. When I called to let them know I need MY insurance card, I also asked why my policy went up she started saying 2 different reasons that were never associated with my policy or account. Then she told me she would try to figure it out and call me back. She never sent me my insurance card and never called me back. Not that the office is concerned, but now i have my correct information through the main Allstate phone number. This has been absolutely ridiculous and would never recommend Allstate or this agency to anyone."
