And I've never called to argue or have been mean, I simply call for referrals and I'm always questioned and given attitude. I don't know why. But they could benefit from customer service classes."

"She is a good physician but always out for a week or more every couple of months. Staff is okay, tried to make a sick appointment and got an appointment months away. I instead had to go to urgent care. I have not seen her since Nov 29, 2022.Can't get a sick appointment because she is always on vacation. My next appointment is January 2024"

"I’ve been going here for a decade. Since Dr. Mazzure and Dr. Cara left patient care is horrible. I do not feel like they care about me as a patient. You have to advocate for your self here because all they want to do is look at the symptoms and throw medication at it. I’m worried about my health and my doctor didn’t help me. It took 3 weeks of me calling constantly to get the medication I need. I still don’t have it. If you are sick find somewhere else to go. I feel stuck nervous about my care and I don’t feel well."
