"I have been a patient here for about 20 yrs and as of late when I call in to get a script or have a question the receptionist is very rude. Today! I call in and she talked over me, I had enough and told her she was rude and she gaslight me stating "I'm sorry you feel that way, What's your date of birth" as if she wasn't rude, it's just me and my feelings that's the problem. Just Nasty! And so I will be changing providers ASAP."
"Horrible experience, was seen by current physician felt rushed through the entire visit. I explained a couple of my health concerns only to be told that I was "throwing too much at once." At one point he asked what the name of a medication I took was to which I could not recall, but I remembered how it looked, he replied he didn't go to med school to learn "shapes & colors." Extemely unprofessional no bedside manners. I wouldn't recommend coming here to have your health evaluated."
"Dr Cross is by far the best doctor I have ever had! I actually look forward to my appointments with him. He's easy to talk to and will joke around with me but he actually listens to me and will answer any question I throw at him no matter how ridiculous it sounds. I would and have recommended him to anyone looking for a new doctor. I dont care how far I move, I will find a way to keep this man as my doctor for as long as possible."
