Our Yulee center is one of several strategically positioned throughout the state, including locations on I-10 west of Pensacola, I-75 at Jennings near Lake City, and at the west entrance of the State Capitol Building in Tallahassee. Each center is staffed by friendly, knowledgeable personnel who have undergone rigorous training to earn national Information Specialist certification, ensuring you receive top-notch service and expert advice on exploring Florida's diverse destinations.
At the Official Florida Welcome Center, you'll find a wealth of resources to enhance your trip, including a vast assortment of brochures and the Official Florida Transportation Maps. Families traveling with children can enjoy the VISIT FLORIDA Kid's Corner, a designated play area designed to educate and entertain our youngest visitors.
Our facilities are designed with your comfort in mind, offering clean, well-maintained, and handicapped-accessible restrooms. Vending machines and payphones are available on-site for your convenience, and our spacious parking lot accommodates large buses, RVs, and trucks.

"This is a monstrous rest area. Parking for so many cars I couldn't count. The rest rooms were decent. I would have liked to seen the inside since it was a welcome center, but was there too early. Also wanted to try their free orange juice, but missed out. Got to take my picture in front of the Welcome to Florida sign which was pretty cool."
"The welcome center was clean and had a numerous amount of restrooms! No waiting in line to use one! There was also a working pay phone on the premises! This was a through back to our memories!"
"The place is a great introduction for the state. They offer samples of fresh o.j. and grapefruit juice and provide a vast array of brochures and magazines about Florida. Customer service is friendly and helpful. The restrooms are clean and well equipped. Whenever we re-enter Florida, we enjoy taking a break there. I imagine visitors feel the same way."
"We stopped here at the Florida welcome center just a few miles over the Florida border. There are restrooms and vending machines here. There are tons of maps and other brochures that you can pick up here. It's very easy on and off of 95. Plenty of places if you're traveling with pets to walk your dogs. Also a great place if you're towing or pulling a camper. Different spots where you can get some shade as well"
"Had to use facilities on the way back from Georgia. Realized I never stopped here before. Nice walk ways and picnic areas. Very clean kept restrooms. Went inside to center where your greeted with fresh sample of orange or grapefruit juice. Huge display of information and visitor pamphlets. Even though I lived here 25 years, I grabbed a few for places farther south. They also have an information desk to help with hotels and reservations for your destination area. Great place to take a break!!"
