"The problem with this organization is that the members are not keeping up with infrastructure. The roads and sidewalks on every adjacent street in Wilmington are not repaired. North and South Broom Street roads need repair. Oak Street going into Maryland Ave roads needs repair. Franklin Street roads needs repair A Street from South Markeet Street to New Castle Ave roads need repair. Walnut Street and 16th street roads needs repair. I will send the photos when ask."
