"Disrespectful is the best way to summarize their services at Sts Peter & Paul Cemetery. My father passed away in 2020; deed was purchased long ago and stone was completed long ago. Still, my mother had to sit through a sales pitch about all the additional things they could up-sell to her simply to do the paperwork to have the grave opened. Totally inappropriate way to treat someone who just lost their spouse of 57 years. My mother passed away 20 months later. They left the backhoe engine running during the entire grade side service. I got spared the sales pitch, but then got a bill demanding payment in three days for services already paid for. Called and company admitted it was an error and would send me a check. Check for what? Too late, representative who took my call already disconnected. Called back, was told I would get the deed I already had! Ugh. Finally was told I’ll get something mailed to me stating bill paid in full. Now to get the death date engraved on stone there is a “permit fee” that’s almost 50% of the engraving bill to allow the stone we already paid for to be finished. Property maintenance is horrible. My great uncle is buried here too; his WWII memorial marker has been run hard enough to bend the 1/4” steel rod it sits on. The stone is covered in mud constantly and my family regularly cleans the mud off it so it doesn’t disappear. Disrespectful way to treat a WWII veteran. Read the news articles and the case with the PA Attorney General and then think carefully if this is the kind of place you want to deal with. It’s sad to show no respect for the dead. Be sure to read the reviews about the parent company StoneMor Inc."
"My in laws' marker has been neglected and my father in law's military memorial disappeared. 15 months after my Mother's burial the ground is still bare and her date of death has not been added to her marker. Perpetual care? Shame of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. Sts Peter and Paul."
