"The funeral director her has made my mom cry twice now. My grandmother paid for a full burial years ago. She past in Dec. We had her cremated so she wouldn't have to be driven 7hours from my house in pensacola. ALL she wants him to do is put her remains in the burial plott she paid for. Shaving him money on the coffin. She called him today to get a time for her burial day so we can tell everyone what time to be there. He told my mother he wasn't getting paid for this so he couldn't give her a time. My grandmother paid for everything up front. He had damn well give my grandmother and mother the respect they deserve!!!!!"
"When my stepmom died 2 years ago, Wally took such excellent care of us and the service was wonderful. He made sure everything went just as my dad wanted it. He did a great slide show of pictures and music. It was perfect for such a sad day."
