"I went to this branch with my spouse, and I was not allowed to speak on his behalf in our native tongue, they called a translator for a simple cash withdrawal. I felt very disrespected and offended by the teller telling me I could not speak for him and that it was for safety reasons, I am not a threat to him he is my spouse. I have been to alot of other banks with him and never encountered this problem. The whole experience felt uneasy. This is unacceptable and I felt that the teller was doing it on purpose. She did not have professional attire either. If anything I would not trust her to look into his account and handle his business."
"After giving me a vague explanation of why they would not cash my check they then could not find the stamp to void my check so I then had to Uber back to my aunt whom wrote the check to me to get my car out of the shop after I had been walking for days. They made me feel horrible on what seemed to be a day of corporate establishment disappointment. I have had this bank since 2010. Thank GOD THIS IS NOT MY PRIMARY ACCOUNT. And I went to Truist on the island and they took care of me as they always do."
"I have been banking with Wells Fargo for over 20 years and I got my reason to switch today. I went in at 1130 with my 16 year old very excited to open her own checking account. Well I got told they won't do it because I don't have an appointment to open account and the person who does it has someone in with them. This wasn't 5 minutes before close it's 30 minutes. I only have time on Saturdays and now have to waste more time on another Saturday for something simple. Definitely time to find another bank. Sad we have gotten to the point it's not about the customer who puts the money in the bank."
"Need someone to deposit cash into your account? Nope Checks, cashiers check or money order only. Can you buy a money order or cashier's check at the counter and repai deposit it without a hold? Nope This leaves no way to deposit funds for immediate availability."
"I have been banking at another bank in Yulee for over 20 years, After they sold out to a corporate huge bank the service went away. I walked in Wells Fargo one day just in inquire and the service I received and continue to receive has been exceptional.I would diffidently recommend this branch to anyone."
