"annoying i left my wallet there and not a single employee is answering the phone."

"Disrespectful staff and just plain rude. This circle K is open 24hr. My spouse and I drove 5 hours before finally stopping for gas. We needed to use the restroom and decided to grab a snack since we have 5 more hours to go. There was a note on the door “be right back”. I see a customer inside at the register checking out and mind you this is a 24hr gas station and doors were unlocked. ( I can understand stepping off the floor, note on the door, doors locked but that was NOT the case.) so I was confused what the note was about maybe they forgot to take it off? I go in and was heading towards the restroom and the cashier complains to the customer at the register “people need to learn how to read the sign because we’re closed” I turned my head in confusing because doors aren’t locked and she was currently checking out a customer and I am the only other customer clearly she is speaking about me indirectly. I head back out so my spouse can use the restroom but we decide to both walk in and the cashier heads to the door stares at us gives a dirty look and pulls the door hard to point out that the doors are NOW locked. Very unprofessional to complain about customers to ANOTHER customer. Standing right there and indirectly? Being disrespectful to customers because staff doesn’t know proper procedure on how to properly close a gas station with or without customers inside. Taking accountability and respecting others is apart of every job. This situation did not need to happen in that manner and could have been avoided."

"Worst service ever. If you can this location please do!! Purchased a sealed product and was opening it as soon as I walked out the door. Product had been opened. Turned around immediately and went back in. Clerk tells me after watching me walk out and come back in because there were no other customers. He has to check video to verify and it may take a while!! Dude I didn't take 2 steps out the door and I'm parked a pump!!! Do not stop here, there are other options!!"

"Place is a dump. Half the stuff in the bathroom is out and broken. The Krystal’s has the menu written on paper because the TV’s are down. Very dirty. The staff is friendly though. Circle K, do your staff better and clean and fix your business. I’d work anywhere else."

"The cashier that is currently working is very rude. She’s a much older woman. She is not helpful or knowledgeable about any of the sales or services Circle K is currently offering, and displays a major attitude when asked. I know it’s rush hour right now, but her store was empty, dirty, and she was no where to be found when I walked in. I don’t care how bad your day was. That’s no excuse to be mean to a complete stranger. I do hope her day gets better and she loses that chip on her shoulder."
