"Some of the most unprofessional banking personnel that I have encountered. I walked to the door at 4:59 pm as an employee with blonde hair was letting another gentleman out the door. She locked the door as I was trying to open it and didn’t explain or anything. I get that they close at 5p as I didn’t realize it at the time. A “sorry we are closed or how can we assist” would have been nice. This is the second time I have encountered rude personnel at this location. Do better!"
