"The sign says they stop serving food at 4pm on Saturdays, but they apparently stop at 3pm. My wife paid for our meals at the kiosk, only to be told by the cook that it was too close to their kitchen closing. There was no manager on duty to refund us, so Parkers basically stole $30 from us. Update: I emailed as requested by the owner response with further details and have thus far not heard back. (email send 11/3/2023)"
"Haven't come here in a really long time. Because they've a bad food experience. That I had a year and a half ago. I seen a good buddy of mine named Thomas working at the kitchen serving food. After a year and a 1/2 of not coming here. I decided to give it another go for me and my family instead of going elsewhere like McDonald's. 3 things I would like to say. One very fast and efficient to the food. Quality was completely different than what I remember in the best way possible. The potato wedges had a different crisp. They're new edition for their fries selection was very impressive. . and aside from someone I know working there and the kitchen. If it wasn't for him, I wouldn't have given it. Another shot. If I didn't know him. I would say that he is a great member to have on the team. Thomas is great, and I'm glad he's a part of a team."
"Always clean store and bathrooms. The staff is always pleasant and welcoming. Good selection of beer. Plenty of pumps for gas."
"My husband had winning tickets in a total of $65. The cashier at the time was an Arab with no name tag and many bracelets on his arm. He moved very slow. I observed before my husband went in the store 6 people was in line. After my husband left store 15-20 people were standing in line due to the extreme slow paced that the cashier was moving in. My husband could not understand what the Arab was saying. We scan each ticket before entering the Parker’s store, Arab inform my husband he only had $60. Through frustration my husband said, “ just give me the $60”. This was an horrible morning experience."
"Stopped coming here because of poor service before. I got the same today. I was double charged. I wasn't upset until I got attitude from the cashier that they didn't put it on there. The manager deglfended him but was nice. I'm still done coming here. I don't think a third chance is needed."
