"I visited the Granite Co. and purchased a stone marker to be placed on a local grave in a local cemetary . During the process we ran into a bit of a problem but it was handled very well and professionally. I will absolutely see them again if I need to purchase any more stones."

"Wow, wow, wow...The order was placed on Feb 2022 and promised 3rd week in June. The first excuse was a family emergency. Ok understandable, life happens. Then it was promised in August again an excuse … someone drove their car into it. Then it was promised before Thanksgiving and then there was a vehicle pileup in Ohio and it was damaged but promised to be done by Christmas. Christmas came and went and nothing so I asked for my deposit back, which she promptly mailed back. Then she said you have two options. You can go somewhere else or wait and there will be no charge for the stone. So I waited and waited and it was again promised to be placed at the gravesite on Memorial Day. Nothing again. So… finally I decided I had enough of the excuses and went elsewhere. I cannot fathom anyone being in business and operating this way. It is obvious that she has no regard for her clientele and is just running Stroudsburg Granite into the ground. The business must have been given to her and we can tell because the pride in their work/customer service is lacking. Pathetic…. Do not waste your time on this place! I am very sorry I did! Side note... I did give them one star because the deposit was mailed back. Do yourself a favor and save yourself some headaches and go to Lehigh Valley Granite Studio or Northampton Memorial. No babysitting required and they actually return calls and emails."

"The Burnett family has been doing tombstone for our family for many years. I know they did my boys 35 years ago. but currently I’ve called four times in the last two weeks and they have not received a call from them to see if they can go fix my boys stone which fell off the base I’m afraid it’s going to crack his stone or the stone behind his. I understand people are busy but when you call four times you don’t receive a call back then there is a issue . The cemetery where my boy is buried is right next to her facility. i’ve been calling from Delaware because I have no time to get to PA I thought they would be helpful to me . The people who work at the cemetery down at the incinerator told us to call the people who did our stone and that is Burnett"
