"Liars they said never got my information. Never had the interview with them. Lies lies. I had the interview partially delivered information in their Dropbox. Sent it on the compass app email to them 4 different ways. Call them to verify. They said they got everything then got denied and said I didn't send anything with no letter. No explanation after the food stamp due date. They let time go by and never said anything. A whole month later. You always get jerked around. With these people. And they got no idea what they doing. Then you call sorry we can't take a call at this time really after being on the phone for like 3 minutes talking to the automated system that can't help u I guess their reviews speak for itself. Cuz they're all bad"

"Customer service experience to the very bare minimum. They never answer their phone calls half the time they never reach back to you when you leave voicemails. They’re cutting benefits saying that you never reach out or you never return any messages or mail when you do.. All they do is just create more hassle, causing us more problems and losing our benefits because they don’t follow up with the paperwork the voicemails the phone calls. And then when you go in, they all have attitudes. They’re never pleasant to speak with something has to Happen to fix this unnecessary easily solved issue."
